About This Product

■High performance, portable, ultrasonic thickness gauge with A scope

DMS Go's lightweight and compact design allows it to be operated even in harsh inspection environments. It achieves high functionality and accuracy, and is equipped with various functions necessary for thickness measurement and report creation functions. Additionally, single-element and dual-element probes can be used, making it suitable for all thickness measurements. It is also possible to select equipment according to the application and add optional functions.

■Main features and functions

・Stable thickness measurement is possible with zero cross measurement ・Achieve highly reproducible thickness measurement with AGC (automatic gain control) ・Equipped with temperature correction function (up to 315℃) ・Equipped with automatic dialogue probe recognition function ・Equipped with automatic V-path correction function - It is possible to select the optimal calibration mode and zero point adjustment method for thickness measurement: on-block calibration mode (one-point calibration with automatic zero-point adjustment), off-block calibration mode (one-point calibration with manual zero-point adjustment in air) calibration), off-block calibration mode (1-point calibration by manual zero point adjustment in the zero block), 2-point calibration ・Display format can be selected according to the application: A scope, thickness measurement value + A scope, B scope + thickness measurement value, minimum value/maximum value, differential thickness measurement value ・Screenshots of the display screen can be saved to the SD card in jpg format. ・Dual multi function makes it possible to measure only the thickness of the base material from above the coating ・Setup for multiple standard probes (single element and dual element probes) included as standard ・Custom probe setting function allows use of many types of probes (up to 20 settings) ・Procedure instructions are displayed on the screen during calibration, so calibration can be carried out quickly. - All menu selections and settings adjustments can be made using the joystick, allowing one-handed operation (switchable between right-handed and left-handed operation) ・Equipped with administrator setting and inspector setting functions, simplifying operation and selecting function lock. - Conforms to IP67 standards and can be used in harsh indoor and outdoor environments ・Battery operation approximately 8 hours (can be charged even when attached to the main unit) - Portable accessories (hand strap, shoulder strap, soft carrying case) reduce the burden of measurement work.
