The DM5E series is a small and lightweight ultrasonic thickness gauge. It has a robust design that further improves stability and reproducibility and can withstand use in harsh environments, making it suitable for measuring the thickness of pipelines, pressure vessels, storage tanks, etc. in various industrial fields, including petrochemical plants and power plants. ■Measurement possible without removing coating material

The dual multi-function feature on the DM5E and DM5E DL allows you to easily and accurately measure the thickness of only the base material without removing coatings or paint. Save time and cost by using dual multi-function. In addition, there are fewer measurement errors due to coupling problems on objects with rough or heavily corroded surfaces, and thickly coated couplants are not included in the measurement value, allowing for more accurate thickness measurements. ・DUAL MULTI function available probes: DA501EN/512EN, DA301/311/312, DA401/411/412, DM401GP ・Measurable coating types: Paints, plastic coatings, FRP coatings ・Measurable base material thickness: 3 to 23 mm (medium steel) * ・Available coating thickness: 0.3 to 2.5mm * *Varies depending on the probe used.
