About This Product
Compatible with JIS Z 3062, 3063, 3064 as a dedicated flaw detector for reinforcing bar joints.
■We have obtained equipment technology certification as a dedicated device.
It was developed as a successor to the USG-27A ultrasonic flaw detector exclusively for gas pressure welding of reinforcing bars, which has been patronized for many years, and in 2015, it received equipment technical certification as a dedicated instrument from the Japan Rebar Joint Association.
・P mode (flaw detection of reinforcing steel gas pressure joints): Compliant with JIS Z 3062
・W mode (flaw detection of reinforcing bar welded joints): Compliant with JIS Z 3063
・M mode (mechanical joint insertion length measurement): Compliant with JIS Z 3064
By adopting the peak hold function, the standard level, which is the core of inspection skills, can be easily and accurately set, dramatically increasing inspection work efficiency for non-experts.
