About This Product
■Smarter inspections, easier to use and more accurate
``USFD-20'' is a small flaw detector that finds defects in objects. By injecting ultrasonic waves into the test object and observing the reflected waves from inside, we can visually detect cracks in welds, poor fusion and penetration, as well as cracks, inclusions, and peeling inside the product. It is possible to detect defects that do not exist. The USFD-20 has a lightweight design, weighing approximately 840g including the battery. We have implemented a 2-hour monitor waveform recording function and various wizards tailored to the subject to support the realization of appropriate operating procedures. It can be used in a wide range of work environments as a portable ultrasonic flaw detector.

■Good waveform visibility
Equipped with an outdoor mode for easy viewing even in bright places. We have also taken measures to improve visibility by using an anti-glare filter. You can also select the color of the waveform, with a wide variety of 6 colors. It can be adjusted depending on the situation.
■High recording function
In addition to the ability to record the flaw detection waveform including the data displayed on the monitor for 2 hours continuously, it is also possible to save still images and parameters while recording. If you use a 128GB SD card, you can save up to 64 2-hour videos (approximately 2GB).
