USM35 series successor model
Equipped with the largest 7-inch screen among portable ultrasonic flaw detectors, it provides excellent UT performance and reliability with cutting-edge technology, and improves the quality of ultrasonic inspection. It is also extremely durable and has been designed with an ergonomic design.

・Equipped with a large 7-inch screen with 800 x 480 pixels (horizontal resolution ideal for detecting thick materials)
・Automatic calibration function/STB refraction angle measurement function
- Compatible with harsh environments (IP66, 14-hour operation, -10 to +55℃)
・High resolution performance to assist wall thickness measurement, AGT, AGC function installed as standard
・NDI practical test carry-in certified model
■You can choose from two models of USM36.
・USM36 DAC is equipped with JIS-DAC, DAC/TCG, AWS, etc., and is suitable for general oblique angle and vertical flaw detection, including weld inspection. Square pulse, which is suitable for high attenuation materials, is also included as standard.
・USM36 S is equipped with DGS, BEA, C gate, residual echo detection function, and data logger function in addition to USM36 DAC, and is compatible with all inspections.
■Data management, report creation
・Various data can be saved to a PC, etc. using a standard SD card or USB conversion cable to record, save, or share. Reports can be saved in BMP or JPG format.
- VGA connection allows you to display the flaw detector's display screen on an external monitor or projector, allowing it to be used for screen sharing and training.
・Analog output is also possible.
■Main UT flaw detection functions
・Waveform recording function. A-Scope can be recorded as a video, which can be used for important inspections, education, etc. Playback can be done on the main unit or on a PC.
・AGT (Automatic Gate Threshold Tracking) function. When the echo height changes, the echo automatically follows the set gate threshold.
・AGC control function. If you set the maximum and minimum echo heights, AGC will automatically start when the settings are exceeded.
・Automatic calibration function/STB refraction angle measurement function.
