About This Product

■Features of the pocket-sized ultrasonic flaw detector USM Go+

・The USM Go+ series revolutionizes the concept of conventional portable flaw detectors. ・IP67 compliant dustproof/splashproof structure, compact and lightweight 850g pocket size ・Robust structure with rubber housing (Mil-Std-810F) ・DAC function (JIS Z 3060 standard, ASME/EN standard) standard equipment ・Equipped with AWS function ・Equipped with square pulse function as standard, effective for low frequency probes ・Equipped with a color-coded bevel skip point display function that improves the workability of weld inspection. ・Equipped with waveform recording function Lightness and robustness translate into quality work

■Inspection of architectural steel welds

Equipped with JIS DAC function, it is ideal for inspection work based on JIS Z 3060. The palm-sized flaw detector greatly reduces the burden of moving between sites.

■Reinforcement gas pressure welding part flaw detection

The USM Go+ greatly reduces the burden on workers as it can be worn around the neck while performing flaw detection on steel gas pressure welds, where workers are often forced to hold awkward positions while scanning the probe with both hands.

■Plant maintenance

The USM Go+ can be carried in a pocket even when working at high places in a complex plant, and the USM Go+ can be used to set up the flaw detector and record the flaw detection results with just one thumb, greatly reducing the burden on the worker. Reduce.

■USM Go+ SW is a model with the following functions added to USM Go+ DAC.

・Ghost echo detection function (effective for inspecting forged products) ・DGS function (measurement of defect size)

The USM Go+ has an ergonomic, lightweight and compact design, and is IP67 rated for ruggedness. Adopts a user interface similar to USM/USN, allowing intuitive operation.
