About This Product

Heavy metal treatment agent. A coagulation aid that removes heavy metals from alumite wastewater. It also helps with nitrogen precipitation. It reacts quickly with metals in wastewater that contains a lot of phosphoric acid and coagulates efficiently. A chelating agent that is less susceptible to phosphorus and produces stable sludge. Processing is easy, just add and stir Alcatch. Please use it as an auxiliary agent for flocculants. Aluminum floc is light and difficult to settle, so it is necessary to make the settling tank larger, but the addition of Alcatch significantly improves the floc's settling properties. The main component of ALCatch, dithiocarbamate group (-NHCS2), is By forming many chelates, polymerization can be performed efficiently. In addition to Al, it reacts with heavy metal ions such as Ni, Cu, Mg, and Si to form chelate compounds. At this time, nitrogen also forms a complex. Continuous processing and batch processing are supported. The appropriate pH is pH 6 to 11, and the treatment time is 3 min.
