About This Product
High gloss electrolytic polishing agent. Electrolytic polishing can achieve a gloss that cannot be obtained with chemical polishing.
■Features
・The liquid balance is hard to lose, and a stable high gloss is always obtained. Additives suppress pitting.
- Electrolytic polishing liquid that does not contain chromic acid.
・Processing liquid that generates little mist and is worker-friendly.
■Properties
Pale yellow liquid, odorless. This is an abrasive based on pure phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid with several additives, so there is no need to worry about crystal solidification even at low temperatures.
■How to use
Baths are constructed using FRP tanks and acid-resistant/heat-resistant resin-lined tanks. Avoid direct flames, and heat with quartz heaters or steam. Cooling may be required. Please use a carbon plate for the cathode plate. Leave a distance of 100mm or more between poles. Please make the jig from aluminum. A rocking device is required. The stroke width should be approximately 10 to 50 mm, and the stroke should be done 10 to 15 times/min.
■Management method
・If the liquid level decreases due to liquid removal, etc., please refill with Pika E.
・If the specific gravity is high, add tap water. If the specific gravity is low, add Pika E or heat to evaporate the water.
・If the liquid has aged, please partially renew the liquid.
