About This Product
High gloss chemical polishing agent. Ideal for chemical polishing of products that require particularly high reflectance. Not only does it give a mirror-like gloss finish to pure Al-based buffed surfaces, but it also gives luster to AI alloys such as Al-Mg-Si, hairline polished, and satin finished products. Please add nitric acid before use.
■Features
・Excellent luster with most AI alloys.
- Can be processed at lower temperatures and in a shorter time than conventional products.
・The reaction is mild and can reduce the generation of nitrous gas (NO, NOX). Nitric acid consumption is also reduced.
・Pits and gloss defects are reduced.
・The amount of dissolved aluminum is small, making it difficult for dissolved aluminum to increase.
■Properties
Light blue liquid, odorless. This abrasive is based on pure phosphoric acid and contains several additives, so there is no need to worry about crystal solidification even at low temperatures.
■How to use
The bath will be built in a chemical tank (made of SUS304, SUS316). Please avoid heating over direct flame. Prepare the bath so that the nitric acid concentration is 2.0 to 3.5%.
■Management method
・Due to the strong reactivity in the early stages of bath preparation, keep the temperature of the chemical research liquid low. Another method is to intentionally dissolve the aluminum or add an aging solution to the solution.
・Nitric acid is consumed. Analyze the nitric acid concentration and replenish the deficiency. Pack test is available as a simple nitric acid concentration analysis.
- If the liquid decreases due to taking out the liquid, replenish it with Pika 1 and nitric acid (same ratio as when preparing the bath).
・If the specific gravity is high, add tap water. If the specific gravity is low, please replenish Pika 1 or heat it to evaporate the water.
・If the liquid has aged, please partially renew the liquid.
