■Summary
QJC, ROBO-QJC is our own unique claw replacement system that is an evolution of QJC. MMK's original double slide has excellent rigidity and durability. There is no need to match the serrations and the nails can be replaced in a short time.
Claw replacement repeat accuracy ≦10μm. The top jaw replacement method prevents chips from entering. HQJC jaws have no bolt holes, making R-forming easy, and since no edges are raised, the workpiece is less likely to be scratched, improving finishing accuracy.
Both automatic and manual claw replacement is possible with the robot hand. When used in conjunction with Smart Terrace AIO, automatic operation including setup changes is possible.
