About This Product

■Non-ass joint seat V#6500It is a mixture of non-asbestos fibers and a heat-resistant, chemical-resistant rubber binder, then rolled and vulcanized.

■Precautions when using at temperatures above 100℃・Please keep the gasket thickness to 1.5mm or less.
・Please apply gas pet paste.
・Please set the tightening pressure surface to 25.5 to 29.4 MPa or more.
・Please install pipes in locations where they are not subject to stress or where they are easy to replace.
・In order to increase the gasket tightening surface pressure, we recommend using a ring packing whose outer diameter of the gasket is the same as the inner dimension of the bolt.

■Black Super V#6502- A non-asus joint sheet with excellent heat and steam resistance that suppresses hardening due to thermal deterioration by blending a rubber binder with excellent heat resistance.
・Contains the minimum amount of organic fiber required, and is composed of artificial inorganic fibers and carbon fibers that have excellent heat resistance.
・Due to its special structure, the sheet surface is smooth and the inside of the sheet is dense, providing excellent sealing performance.

■Precautions when using at temperatures above 100℃・Please keep the gasket thickness to 1.5mm or less.
・Please apply gas pet paste.
・Please keep the tightening pressure surface to 29.4MPa or more.
・Please install pipes in locations where they are not subject to stress or where they are easy to replace.
・Please use ring type (FR) gasket shape.

■Black Hyper V#6503This gasket is a joint sheet with black components removed, and is suitable for areas where black foreign matter should not be mixed into the fluid.

■Precautions when using at temperatures above 100℃・Please keep the gasket thickness to 1.5mm or less.
・Please apply gas pet paste.
・Please keep the tightening pressure surface to 29.4MPa or more.
・Please install pipes in locations where they are not subject to stress or where they are easy to replace.
・Please use a ring-shaped gasket.

■Black Hyper V#GF300・A non-asus sheet that is mainly composed of graphite and PTFE and has excellent heat and chemical resistance.
・Constructed only of materials with excellent heat resistance and does not contain any rubber, so retightening is possible as the rubber material does not harden or deteriorate over time due to heat.
