About This Product

Centering gauge, standard for centering. In addition, three-dimensional measurements such as inner and outer diameters, steps, circles, etc. can be performed with high precision. When attached to the spindle and the contact point is brought into contact with the workpiece, the LED will emit light for easy measurement.

■Features of centering gauge

- When attached to the spindle of a machining center and the probe contacts the workpiece, the LED lights up, allowing for easy and highly accurate centering measurements. ・Can be used on all metals. ・Measurement of inner diameter/outer diameter, step, circle, centering, etc. can be done with this one device. - The concentricity of the mandrel and shank is within 3/1,000mm, so it can also be used as a test bar. ・The non-magnetic stylus eliminates measurement errors due to adhesion of chips.

■Even if you accidentally damage the mandrel

・Does not damage the spindle. Structure that breaks at the groove. ・Mandrel replacement and repair possible. Repairs can only be made once. (There will be a charge)
