About This Product

■Built-in ultra-high sensitivity CT board

・Repeatability ±0.25μm (when standard stylus is installed) ・Standard stylus 100mm ・Stylus stroke (XY axis) ±50mm

■Capable of ultra-high precision 3D measurement at the top level in the measuring instrument industry.

- Guaranteed repeat accuracy of ±1μm even with a 150mm stylus (Patent No. 5133884) ・Won the 2013 Chubu Region Invention Award [Invention Encouragement Award]

■Features of centering gauge swing type

・An ultra-high precision three-dimensional measuring device that exceeds the point finder series. ・Measurement of reference position, inner diameter/outer diameter, centering, angle, groove width, height, etc. can be done with this one device. ・Built-in ultra-high sensitivity CT board that does not cause chattering phenomenon. *Chattering phenomenon: When the stylus touches a workpiece, the voltage and current amount change drastically due to electrical resistance, causing what appears to be a lamp (LED) to turn on and off. -By minimizing the contact pressure between the stylus and the object to be measured, accurate measurement of thin workpieces is now possible. ・There is no "rice ball type" error. - Can be used for ferrous and non-ferrous metal workpieces, and is not affected by slight oil films. ・Please use Point Finder i to measure non-metals. ・The stylus swings in X, Y, and Z directions for safety. Stroke in XY axis direction is ±50mm - All models come with a buzzer. When the LED emits light, it emits an electronic sound. - All models come with a non-magnetic stylus, so they are not affected by magnetic force. ・If you make a special specification with a connector (without CT board), the trigger signal can be taken out to the outside.

■What you can do with the centering gauge swing type (Measurement method)

All important measurements during mold processing, such as reference position measurement, inner and outer diameters, centering, angle, groove width, height, etc., can be performed with this single machine. Angles in narrow areas, which are difficult to measure using angle gauges or digital angle meters, can be measured on a machining center using the swing type centering gauge.
