About This Product

Improved operability with airless and servo motor pressurization

■Servo motor

The electrode position can be set to any position within the stroke.

■Ready-to-read pressurization guide

Equipped with a quick response mechanism, it has good quick response during welding.

■Servo driver

15 pressure conditions can be memorized.

■Welding timer

It is completely synchronized with the pressurizing operation.

■Variable pressure type

Pressure force can be varied in 4 stages during one welding.

■Improved welding quality

If there is a gap, set the initial pressure to a high pressure to eliminate the gap and reduce spatter. The pressure after welding can be set to a high pressure, improving welding quality.

■Completely synchronized with welding controller

During two-stage energization, the pressure force can be changed for each energization. Can be retrofitted to stationary spot welding machines of various companies

■Options

Pressurized load cell can be installed. It is possible to measure pressure force during welding.
