■Summary ・Compliant with Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Notification No. 771 (compatible with specific ceilings) ・Achieves excellent horizontal permissible strength by adopting smart gear lock. Fewer braces required. Also, cost reduction is achieved by combining CC-25 (JIS) CS-19 (JIS) CW-19 (JIS) specification ■Strength of hanging base Short-term allowable tensile strength: 5,410N or more, short-term allowable shear strength: 2,705N or more: However, since an axial force is applied to the insert or anchor in a diagonal direction, please check with the designer separately. ■Hanging bolt Approximately 910mm x 910mm spacing, installed within clearance +150mm near the wall, hanging length 3m or less ■Earthquake-resistant S/W clip Around the brace, attach hug locks S or W to prevent slipping at 4 locations in the field edge receiving direction and 6 locations in the field direction. ■Joint fittings (JIS S/W joint/C joint) Field edge receiving joints (C joints) are secured with screws, and adjacent joints are placed in a staggered manner with a distance of at least 1m from each other. ■Brace receiving material (C40×20×1.6) Install the field edge support 2-span field edge support L near the field edge support direction brace. ■Brace top end mounting bracket (smart gear lock) Fix the slab and the top of the smart gear lock so that there is no gap. ■Brace lower end joint Install the braces in a V-shape as close as possible to both the field edge receiving direction and the field edge direction. ■Brace Calculate the number of installations based on the allowable horizontal strength of the ceiling unit and the strength of the braces, and arrange them as evenly as possible in the XY direction by zoning. ■Clearance Calculate the clearance from the horizontal allowable strength of the ceiling unit and the rigidity of the joints. ■Special screws Use SDF22 to attach the brace, and use ST22 or STW22 (white) to prevent the board from coming off. ■It is also possible to use ceiling materials from other companies. However, use a 3/8' suspension bolt with a tensile strength of 400N/mm2 or more.
