About This Product

Square steel is used in place of the conventional ceiling noen (single noen, double noen) to create a highly rigid and lightweight ceiling. By using square steel for the edge support and edge, we have achieved a highly rigid and lightweight ceiling. Additionally, due to the smart gear lock and square brace configuration, we were able to obtain a large horizontal allowable load capacity. The burden area of ​​one pair of braces can be increased, and the number of braces can be reduced.

■Strength of hanging base

Short-term allowable tensile strength 6,230N or more, short-term allowable shear strength 3,115N or more

■Hanging bolt

Approximately 1,820mm x 910mm spacing, installed within clearance +150mm near the wall, hanging length up to approximately 3m

■ Field edge receiving direction brace receiving material (SLGB-45)

Fix the slab and the top of the smart gear lock so that there is no gap.

■Brace lower end joint

Install the braces in a V-shape as close as possible to both the field edge receiving direction and the field edge direction.

■Brace

Calculate the number of installations based on the allowable horizontal strength of the ceiling unit and the strength of the braces, and arrange them as evenly as possible in the XY direction by zoning.

■Clearance

Calculate the clearance from the horizontal allowable strength of the ceiling unit and the rigidity of the joints.

■Special screws

Use SDF22 for brace mounting, MJ16 or L19 for other joints, and ST22 or STW22 to prevent the board from coming off.
