About This Product

■Earthquake-resistant walking suspended ceiling system that can accommodate up to 6m in heightInstead of a steel-framed grape trellis, it can accommodate up to 6 m in height (earthquake-resistant smart ceiling 5 m + conventional ceiling base 1 m). Corner caulked rectangular steel, which is resistant to compressive forces, is used as the brace material to create a walkable earthquake-resistant suspended ceiling system. Compatible with specific ceilings stipulated in Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Notification No. 771.

■ Improved workability with no on-site welding requiredAll joints are bolted or screwed, so on-site welding is not required. Therefore, interior finishing contractors can perform construction smoothly while consistently managing the process of partition walls, earthquake-resistant smart ceilings, and JIS ceiling bases.

■Earthquake-resistant walkable lightweight suspended ceiling system that can replace steel-frame grape shelves with a maximum height of 6m (earthquake-resistant smart ceiling height 5m + conventional ceiling base height 1m)・Resistance to compressive force is increased by using SLGB-45 (□45×45×1.2) square steel corner crimped square steel (□45×45×1.2) as a brace for semi-structural members with a square shape with a closed cross section.
- Attach the upper end of the brace directly to the structure (H-beam, concrete slab or deck plate).
- Vertical reinforcing members are arranged in a triangular shape close to the braces arranged in an inverted V shape.
- Tightly connect the structure and horizontal members by passing hanging bolts through the vertical reinforcing members.

■Features of earthquake-resistant smart ceilings- Corner caulked square steel does not come off at the caulked part even when buckling.
- Corner caulked square steel is 1.2mm thick, so it is lighter than steel frame grape trellis. (7.4kg/m2 if the bosom is 3m)
・By using corner caulked square steel with a closed cross section that is resistant to compressive forces for the braces, the number of braces can be reduced compared to the open cross section braces of conventional suspended ceilings, which solves conflicts with equipment. Easy.
・By installing vertical reinforcing members, the maximum strength can be increased by approximately 2.5 times compared to installing only inverted V-shaped braces.
