■Contributes to cost performance
Available in plate thickness t=0.4~0.5. Adopting a door-type steady rest hole and eliminating the need for mounting hardware has achieved high workability.
■Switching from JIS standard products
Conforms to load-bearing strength test and impact resistance test performance specified in JIS A 6517. We have a track record of switching to this product at many sites designated as JIS standard products.
■Features
・No accessory metal fittings are required to secure the steady rest.
・The work is completed in this order: Open the door part with your fingers → Set the studs on the runner → Insert the steady rest channel → Close the door part, so the work is very simple and the earthquake resistance is excellent.
・38 channels are used for H65 to H100, making it highly versatile.
・A feature of the square stud is that the support part of the steady rest can be supported at four points, and once the door part is closed, a permanently strong structure is guaranteed. (In the case of U-shaped studs, the spacer may fall downward due to earthquakes or normal vibrations.)
・The performance of the new square NF stud is equivalent to or better than that of JIS standard materials.
・Very convenient for electrical work.
