About This Product
This is a square stud that uses our unique technology and can construct partitions with a height of 5m or more without steel reinforcement.
■Uses our unique corner caulking method.
Adopting our unique corner caulking method (patented), we have achieved a significant increase in strength compared to conventional studs. Even partitions over 5m in height can be constructed without steel reinforcement.
■Improved strength with steady rest.
The door part of the steady rest hole or the stopper L bracket completely fixes the steady rest channel and prevents it from lifting due to earthquakes or other vibrations. This allows each stud to be firmly connected by the steady rest, creating a solid partition base that is strong against out-of-plane and in-plane forces.
■Return to cost performance.
The corner caulking method is resistant to torsion, so there are no gaps when pasting the board. Furthermore, construction time can be reduced by approximately 20% compared to general C-section studs, contributing to total benefits with high workability.
