About This Product

Multi Cyclone is a centrifugal pre-filter that can separate dirt from water using only centrifugal force. Easily removes dirt and foreign matter that have a specific gravity greater than water, starting from 20μ (microns). We improve the water environment in a variety of applications, including circulating water for cooling towers and EVA conditioners, and pre-treatment for sand filtration equipment. It is possible to remove 80% of foreign matter that enters the main filter, helping to save water and main filter maintenance. Additionally, the amount of drain water required to wash away the separated foreign matter is approximately 15 liters to complete the work. Since there are no filters, there are no replacement parts or the need to shut down the pump.

■Solve these problems on-site with multi-cyclones

・There is a cooling tower 125RT, which cools the latest high-efficiency chiller. ・40 mesh + 60 mesh strainers are installed in the cooling water piping to protect the chiller. ・Medicine injection treatment (silica diffusion + sterilization effect) ・Measuring electrical conductivity and performing constant blow-drying and makeup - Dirt (sand, silica, pollen, etc.) from the open cooling tower will clog the strainer. ・Pump surging occurs and the strainer needs to be cleaned several times a day. ・Because the electrical conductivity increases due to the accumulation of scale ions, it is necessary to blow 20 m3 per day. ・For these reasons, the operating time is shortened and the amount of blow water increases, resulting in a large amount of maintenance time.
