Dynamic Descaler outperforms traditional hydrochloric acid-based cleaning solutions in every way. (Please wear vinyl gloves during actual work.)

■SAFE Strong hydrochloric acid that can be touched with bare handsDD-02 Safety during work will also be essential for cleaning in the future. The Dynamic Descaler has been developed to significantly improve processing speed, which is a drawback of conventional products, and its greatest strength is shortening cleaning time and reducing operating costs. It is possible to obtain cleaning effects with peace of mind without using hydrofluoric acid (designated as a deleterious substance).

■LOW CORROSIVE Low metal corrosionConventional chemical cleaning removes the nonconducting film on the stainless steel surface inside the device, so it is necessary to re-form the film using a treatment liquid as a treatment agent for the metal surface. Dynamic Descaler is the latest cleaning solution that has low metal corrosion and does not require a treatment solution on the metal surface, achieving low metal corrosion and the highest processing speed. (Be sure to thoroughly flush with water after cleaning.) Furthermore, although caustic soda or the like was used to flow into the equipment as a neutralizing agent after the cleaning solution was circulated, with the dynamic descaler, flushing can only be done by forced circulation with water. The remaining cleaning solution is removed, so the work can be completed with just one solution.
