■Product features・The product manufacturing method uses the instant removal method, which liquefies dry cemented carbide concrete using strong vibration force, and when the vibration force is released, it obtains the properties of an elastoplastic body close to that of a solid. This is a production method that takes advantage of the fact that it can be immediately removed from the mold, making it a highly productive manufacturing method.
・When curing the product, we use a mist of water to provide water retention to prevent the concrete surface from drying out.
・Compared to concrete used for regular pouring, concrete with higher bending strength can be obtained.

■Features・A new dimension in the gutter manufacturing method realized by the instant removal method
・Compatible with design load T-25.
・Due to dense concrete, initial strength is high and design strength can be achieved within one week.
・Since the outer surface is vertical (excluding the top surface), backfilling and compaction work can be performed reliably.
・The cross-section of the flowing water is circular, making hydraulic design easier and achieving the ideal flowing water effect.
-Drainage When used on pavement, an opening (water collection hole) is provided at the top of the side of the product to efficiently drain water flowing down the pavement into the culvert.
・Water-stopping packing is used at the joints, which increases the water-stopping effect.
