About This Product

Temporary doors can be installed on ZIPWALL, a simple curing system that can be done by just one person.

■Included contents

・Door seat (approx. 2.2m x 1.4m) ・Header bar ·bag ・Magnetic stopper (S) 2 pieces ・4 magnetic stoppers (L)

■Curing sheet is not included.

The size and thickness of the curing sheet can be selected by the customer depending on the intended use. Please purchase at your local building materials/hardware store, home center, etc.

■How to use

- Place the header bar on the floor, measure the distance between the poles, and install the two poles. Since there is a spring movement, it is okay even if it shifts slightly. - Spread the door sheet and pass the header bar through the upper cavity. - Install the header bar at a height of approximately 2m from the floor, and check that the pole is installed correctly as shown in Figure 1 and that it does not move due to the weight of the door seat. - Fix the door seat by slightly pinching the hem of the door sheet under each pole. It will be easier to stabilize the hem by leaving about 5 cm of room between the hems. ・Use a cutter to make a cut in the sheet along the magnet opening. ・Use a magnetic stopper to ensure that the door sheet is completely attached. ・Set the magnetic stopper (S) at the top. Make sure to sandwich the door sheet between the front and back and make sure it clicks into place. ・Set the magnetic stoppers (L) on both sides. ・Use scissors to cut off the excess curing sheet on the back. You are now ready. - Attaching the separately sold ZipWall® zipper to the side of the magnetic door makes it convenient for loading and unloading materials.

■Precautions for use

-This product is to be used in conjunction with the ZIPWALL® pole (sold separately). ・Please note that this product cannot be used for products with different pole thicknesses. ・Do not use near fire or where it is constantly exposed to heat. Doing so may cause a fire.
