About This Product

Attach to the tip of the SLP pole and adhere the curing sheet tightly without any gaps. By attaching a 1.35m foam rail with soft sponge to the tip of the ZIPWALL pole, you can make the curing sheet adhere to the ceiling surface without any gaps. This eliminates the need for fixing with curing tape.

■Form Rail installation procedure

・Remove the jack head from the SLP pole or KIT pole. Use one foam rail and dedicated jack clip for one SLP pole or KIT pole. - Hold the special jack clip in one hand and open the jack clip while grasping it. Insert the jack clip into the aluminum groove in the center of the foam rail, then release. Make sure the jack clips are firmly gripping the foam rails. - The jack clip can be attached anywhere in the aluminum groove. ・Insert the jack clip into the pole joint of the SLP pole or KIT pole. At the point where you want to hold the curing sheet, extend the pole to the ceiling and press the foam rail against the ceiling.

■Length is adjustable

- You can use a hacksaw to cut the aluminum and sponge to your desired length, so you can use multiple foam rails stacked on top of each other to hold the training sheet at any length. ・At that time, remove the plastic end cap by pulling it straight out from the foam rail, and attach it to the new foam rail that has been cut to the desired length. - When removing the jack head from the pole, pull it straight out.
