About This Product

■Summary

The digital karyotype analysis system CytoPower is a system that automates and assists in the measurement and analysis of samples for karyotype analysis and FISH analysis, which were previously performed manually. Automatically scans sample slides to convert metaphases into digital images, and supports analysis, FISH measurement, and diagnosis automatically or semi-automatically. Digital karyotype data can be counted, analyzed and sorted into karyotypes by software. Additionally, it is possible to perform FISH analysis of metaphase and interphase simultaneously.

- Tray loader with up to 99 slides + barcode management allows samples to be automatically measured and managed from software. - Software automatically counts, analyzes and sorts metaphases. - You can easily edit the adhesion and overlapping of metaphases using the mouse. - Compatible with various analysis methods (G-Band, R-Band, Q-Band, FISH analysis). - Compatible samples include blood, bone marrow fluid, amniotic fluid, etc. ・It is possible to perform FISH analysis of metaphase and interphase at the same time. ・Remote diagnosis, data management, and operations are possible, and editing privileges for data operations can be controlled in detail.
