About This Product

■Summary

PathFusion, a digital histopathological analysis system, is a system that automates and assists in the measurement and analysis of pathological samples, which was previously performed manually. It converts specimen samples into digital images by automatically scanning the sample (horse slide imaging), and supports measurement, analysis, FISH, and diagnosis automatically and semi-automatically. Whole slide imaging (WSI) images the original staining state of the sample, allowing slide images to be observed semi-permanently as a database. Based on digital data, it is possible to reduce the work and operation time involved in tissue observation and analysis, such as matching between H&E/IHC stained slides and FISH slides and clustering of IHC stained cells.

■Features

・A tray loader with up to 99 slides + barcode reader completes everything from automatic sample measurement to management on software. ・Integrate digital images automatically measured at low and high magnifications and observe with 5x to 80x digital zoom while moving freely ・Clustering cells based on the morphology and staining degree of IHC-stained cells and displaying them in pseudo color ・Automatically count clustered cells and perform statistical analysis ・Easy specimen alignment of H&E, IHC, and FISH stained slides using software ・FISH spot automatic measurement/statistical analysis ・Remote diagnosis and data management ・Management of editing privileges for data operations
