About This Product

■Summary

By transmitting a laser beam through a diffraction grating formed on a glass substrate (fused silica), the output of the laser beam can be continuously varied. The transmittance of this element does not depend on the polarization of the incident beam, and there is no wavefront aberration due to transmission through the element. Since the transmittance of the 0th order light component is continuously variable, there is no shift in the optical axis due to transmission through this element.
