About This Product

■Summary

Dichroic mirrors are designed with an angle of incidence of 45°. Spectral separation is possible by transmitting wavelengths longer than a specific wavelength and reflecting wavelengths shorter than a specific wavelength.

■About Iridian filters

Conventional filters are produced by bonding multiple glass substrates and coatings together using electron beam evaporation. Iridian's filters are formed and manufactured by sputtering deposition on a single glass substrate. This has significantly improved durability, which was a problem with conventional filters, and the deterioration of optical properties due to the passage of time and the surrounding environment. It also has many excellent features such as high transmittance, high blocking performance, and excellent edge steepness.
