About This Product
■Summary
A filter set for fluorescence measurements consisting of three high-performance filters (Exciter, Dichroic, and Emitter) that are highly resistant to optical damage and environmental degradation. Can be attached to filter cubes from most microscope manufacturers. (Confirmed to be compatible with filter cubes for Olympus U-MF2 and Nikon TE-2000)
*Microscope filter cube is not included.
■About Iridian filters
Conventional filters are produced by bonding multiple glass substrates and coatings together using electron beam evaporation. Iridian's filters are formed and manufactured by sputtering deposition on a single glass substrate. This has significantly improved durability, which was a problem with conventional filters, and the deterioration of optical properties due to the passage of time and the surrounding environment. It also has many excellent features such as high transmittance, high blocking performance, and excellent edge steepness.
