About This Product

■Summary

The RADEX adiabatic calorimeter measures the thermal and pressure properties of a sample in adiabatic conditions under air or gas flow. Since it can measure samples in grams, it is also suitable for measuring non-uniform substances such as tablets. It is possible to measure heat generation rate and thermal runaway starting temperature in the range from room temperature to 400℃. It can be used for process design of chemical and pharmaceutical plants and safety evaluation during storage and transportation of chemical substances. A single PC can run up to 6 devices in parallel, contributing to increased efficiency in experiments. There are models that can measure in the range of -50℃ to 190℃ by using a cool unit, and models that can measure with a larger capacity.

Capable of measuring larger volumes than DSC (differential scanning calorimeter), ideal for measuring heterogeneous samples such as tablets

■Improve measurement efficiency by controlling devices in parallel

Up to 6 devices can be controlled in parallel with one PC

■Glass cells, pressure containers, etc. available

Glass cells can also be used to measure metal-corrosive chemicals and substances where metal contamination should be avoided.

■Measurement under gas flow conditions and pressure measurement possible

A variety of cells can be selected depending on the sample and measurement purpose.
