About This Product

■Summary

DARK is capable of testing and evaluating process safety and thermal hazards. The software is equipped with a differential calorific value correction method to accurately evaluate the process of runaway reactions. This enables adiabatic calorimetry that eliminates the influence of the thermal mass of the reaction vessel. It is also equipped with multiple measurement modes, and by using multiple measurement modes, it is possible to evaluate thermal hazards in a short time. For example, it is possible to predict runaway reactions by repeatedly raising the temperature step by step in HWS mode and holding it for a certain period of time before normal measurement. In Japan, by using it in conjunction with the compact reaction calorimeter Super CRC, it contributes to safety evaluations at various companies and research institutes, and has been well received.
