About This Product

■Summary

"Small Reaction Calorimeter Super CRC" is a device for accurately understanding the thermal dangers associated with chemical reactions. The main body is a desktop size, and it is possible to measure the reaction heat and reaction rate with a small sample amount of a few grams or a few mL. The temperature of the sample bottle is controlled, the inside of the bottle is stirred with a magnetic stirrer, and the sample is added using a syringe, making it possible to perform measurements under conditions close to those of actual chemical reactions. (Options such as high viscosity support, high pressure support, automatic addition, etc. are available) It sensitively detects temperature changes due to chemical changes, and since it is a differential type that measures sample and reference simultaneously, it has a wide dynamic range and can perform highly accurate measurements. is. In Japan, more than 100 units have been delivered to chemical manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers' research institutes, universities, etc. It can be used to understand thermal risks before scaling up chemical reactions, and for screening before measuring with a large calorimeter. *From April 2022, the exterior of the device has been renewed, and it is now easier to operate with a touch panel.
