About This Product

■Summary

Parti generation inspection device PARTi (manufactured by PERSYS) is a newly proposed dust generation inspection device that can quickly inspect the cleanliness of items used in (brought into) a clean room. Precision machined parts, sample containers, dust-free clothing, gloves, etc. are placed in a special chamber, and clean air that has passed through a HEPA filter is used to blow away adhering particles, and a particle counter mounted at the bottom of the device generates dust. will be measured. No pre-treatment of the inspection object is required, and a dedicated sample jig is also included, allowing inspection to be performed under a variety of dust inspection conditions. There is no need to immerse the test object in liquid or rotate it in a drum, so you can easily test anything. It is convenient for users to create their own measurement conditions, and can also be used for routine inspections. Two types of equipment are available, one for measuring particles 0.1 to 5.0 μm and one for measuring particles 0.3 to 5.0 μm, depending on the application.
