About This Product

■Summary

This product is a system that adds extended light focusing and light irradiation functions to a scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM). In condensing mode, the electron beam becomes the irradiation source and realizes CL measurement. In light irradiation mode, an electron image is acquired after laser excitation. It is also possible to perform light irradiation and light collection at the same time, allowing PL measurement. Mönch is a Swiss mountain in the Alps. Means "monk" in German. Attolight uses mountain names in its product names.
