About This Product

■Summary

Highly sensitive real-time monitoring of changes in surface potential and work function of metals, etc. in situ while controlling the sample environment (temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration). This system is ideal for evaluating corrosion and modification of metal surfaces, such as potential changes on metal surfaces due to water adsorption and the effects of anti-corrosion coatings. RHC20: Relative humidity control type, temperature control (optional) RHC40: Relative humidity + atmosphere control type, temperature control (optional)

・In situ measurement under environmental control ・Relative humidity control: 25-80% ・Oxygen atmosphere control: Oxygen < 1% (RHC040) ・Optional heating stage: Room temperature ~ 100℃/Room temperature ~ 250℃

■Main uses

・Highly sensitive monitoring of surface conditions (shape, adsorption, modification, corrosion) ・Metal erosion/corrosion analysis ・Evaluation of corrosion resistance of thin films (corrosion under the coating can also be detected) ・Quality control of organic/inorganic semiconductor materials, etc.

■Options

・Sample heater (room temperature to 100℃/room temperature to 250℃) ・PYS system
