■Summary
The UGA100/200/300 universal gas analysis system is an ideal gas analysis system for online monitoring and analysis of mixed gases. By changing the inlet depending on the pressure of the inserted gas, it can handle everything from atmospheric pressure to ultra-high vacuum. The exhaust system is equipped with two diaphragm pumps (one for bypass and one for main exhaust), making it compatible with the measurement of corrosive gases. The chamber inside the device is equipped with a heater, allowing baking at 120℃.
