By setting the driving conditions and temperature conditions of the element individually, it is possible to measure changes over time in light emission characteristics such as relative brightness, current, and voltage, as well as changes over time in spatial images such as brightness unevenness and dark spot growth. You can. Furthermore, by adding a spectrometer option, it is also possible to measure spectral changes. With this one unit, the efficiency of element life evaluation will be greatly increased.
