■Automatic measurement and real-time analysis of the luminescence characteristics of organic EL elements

The organic EL luminous efficiency measuring device EL1003 is a measuring device that automatically measures and analyzes in real time the luminescent characteristics of organic EL devices relative to the injection current and applied voltage. Since all measurements can be performed simultaneously with a single current/voltage sweep, highly accurate measurement results can be obtained quickly without being affected by temporal characteristic deterioration of the sample. This device has a proven track record not only for research purposes at universities and research institutes, but also for inspection and evaluation at companies. We also accept various special orders. The device consists of a dark box, a luminance meter, a spectrometer, an element driving power source, and an analysis device, and one device can measure I-V-L characteristics, external quantum efficiency, luminous efficiency, energy conversion efficiency, emission spectrum, and various chromaticity values ​​(XY coordinates, CRI , color temperature, RGB values). Equipped with a luminance meter, it is also possible to measure absolute luminance and luminance changes over time. Optional features include radiation angle distribution measurement (external quantum efficiency calculation of non-Lambassian elements) by adding an element rotation mechanism, pulse power supply drive, element temperature control holder for accelerated testing, and measurement shielded from atmospheric moisture. Nitrogen flow holders are also available, allowing for faster and more efficient measurements.
