■Active vibration isolation table Product overview

The active vibration isolation table developed by K&S Advanced Systems exhibits high vibration isolation performance by being equipped with a uniquely developed damper structure that combines a 6-degree-of-freedom active vibration isolation layer using a linear motor and a passive vibration isolation layer. This is an innovative vibration isolation table. Also, since it uses a linear motor, it can withstand long stroke vibrations and is durable. An oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer are installed inside the vibration isolation table, allowing you to make custom adjustments while monitoring vibration conditions in real time.

・Equipped with linear motor: lightweight and ultra-long actuator stroke ・6 degrees of freedom active control (automatic adjustment function using AI) ・Vibration isolation range: 0.5~100Hz ・Real-time monitoring of vibration levels with built-in oscilloscope ・Real-time monitoring of frequency, vibration velocity, and acceleration with built-in spectrum analyzer ・Seamlessly integrated into workstation environment ・No need for re-tuning after startup ・Customizable ・Modular type has unlimited number of control units

Ideal for tabletop type electron microscopes such as tabletop SEM and TEM. Installation is completed by simply placing it under the electron microscope. You can use it immediately after setting it up using the software. It isolates vibrations from other equipment and the environment, allowing you to obtain clearer images.
