■Product overview
PIEZOCONCEPT's thin 3-axis piezo stage is designed to be compatible with any inverted microscope. BIO3 has a wide opening, and a microscope slide glass can be placed inside the opening. We also have a lineup of hybrid stages that are combined with microstages for coarse movement (stage stroke: 25mm x 25mm).
We also have a large number of accessories suitable for each stage. The standard stage body is made of aluminum, but the 100 µm model is also available in a lineup made of invar, which is more stable against temperature changes.
