■XS1 X-ray source sample chamber option is now available

The XS1 X-ray source sample chamber option can be used in conjunction with an Edinburgh Instruments fluorescence spectrophotometer (FLS1000, FS5). An X-ray source capable of CW and pulse oscillation is mounted inside the sample chamber. A solution, substrate, or powder sample is excited with X-rays, and the ultraviolet/visible/near-infrared emission is transmitted to a fluorescence spectrophotometer using a liquid light guide fiber.

"Ultra-high sensitivity fluorescence spectrophotometer FS5 series" (Edinburgh Instruments) is the only high-performance spectrofluorometer that has the world's highest sensitivity, resolution and measurement speed, and even performs picosecond fluorescence lifetime measurement (TCSPC). It's a total. Anyone can perform advanced fluorescence measurements such as picosecond measurements, infrared fluorescence measurements, and polarization measurements on a daily basis without having special experimental techniques.
