About This Product

■Modular 3D microlaser Raman spectrometer Nanofinder FLEX2

・Equipped with two types of excitation lasers as standard, switchable ・Can be combined with atomic force microscope (AFM) or scanning near-field optical microscope (SNOM)

■Summary

This device is the successor to Nanofinder FLEX. It is now possible to easily switch between two types of excitation lasers while maintaining the compact design (installation area is the same as one optical microscope) and the flexibility of equipment placement due to fiber connection. This device has newly added "high spatial resolution mode" and "high sensitivity/high throughput mode", allowing you to switch the measurement mode according to the analysis content. In "high spatial resolution mode", the resolution is less than 300 nm, and in "high sensitivity/high throughput mode", Raman analysis can be performed with up to 40% efficiency. The Raman optics unit can be attached to a standard upright microscope (equipped with a motor stage, piezo stage, etc.). In addition, by using a granite frame microscope originally developed by our company, we can create a combined Raman analysis device with an atomic force microscope (AFM) and a scanning near-field optical microscope (SNOM). It will be. In addition, it is also compatible with inverted microscope placement.

■Smart design for easy operation

You can select the "excitation laser" or "measurement mode" by simply switching the slider on the Raman optical system unit or microscope unit. No optical path adjustment is required at that time.

■Space saving

Fiber connection (module type) allows for free placement on an optical surface plate. We have created a space-saving, high-performance Raman spectrometer.

■Applications

・Analysis and evaluation of organic substances, thin films, and compound semiconductors ・Analysis and evaluation of lithium (Li) ion batteries and solar cells ・Analysis and evaluation of minute foreign matter and carbon nanotubes (CNT)
