■Assembling MCP (Advanced Performance Detector)

■Product overview

PHOTONIS' assembled MCP (Advanced Performance Detector: APD) is a detector for electrons, ions, and high-energy photons that incorporates the company's MCP into a flange or case. Since it is pre-mounted, it can be easily attached to the device. Various output types are available depending on the application, such as phosphor screen, metal anode, resistive anode, etc. We also have a rich lineup of products for various uses, including TOF and donut-shaped hole types.

■Selection of assembled MCPs

1. Number of MCP stages 2. Detection type You can select the detection type according to your application. Select from phosphor types. 3. Detection surface size This is the size of the effective detection surface. 4. Channel pitch/pore diameter Resolution is down to 2μm. Select from 3/2, 6/5, 10/8, 12/10, 32/25. 5. Bias angle The angle of the channel with respect to the plane of incidence. 0° is mainly for collimation. *Other selections are also available.
