About This Product

■Product overview

Hinds' silicon avalanche photodiode APD-100 is a detector used in phase modulation methods using photoelastic modulators (PEMs) and various optical measurements. It is sensitive to wavelengths of 200 to 1,100 nm and has a frequency response of 450 kHz. It has a wide detection area of ​​19.6mm2, and also has gain setting and DC offset functions. Suitable for measurements using weak light sources that cannot be detected by the DET-200. Unlike PMT, high voltage power supply is not required. Offset voltage adjustment and detector gain can be adjusted using the trimmer on the main unit.
