■High sensitivity cooled InGaAs camera ZephIR1.7/Alize1.7

For science and research and development. -80℃ electronically cooled, broadband model with wavelength 0.5 to 1.7μm available.

■Product overview

ZephIR1.7 camera and Alize1.7 camera are high-sensitivity near-infrared cameras equipped with a high-sensitivity InGaAs sensor and powerful electronic cooling function. ZephIR1.7 can be cooled down to -80℃, and Alize1.7 can be cooled down to -60℃. There are two types of InGaAs sensors to choose from: ・"x" type that can measure wavelengths from 0.5 to 1.7 μm ・High speed, high dynamic range "s" type Taking advantage of its high sensitivity and high frame rate performance, it is also effective for biological observation and hyperspectral imaging measurements.
