This product is a streaming time-to-digital converter (TDC) with a unique data processing architecture that supports multi-channel simultaneous photon counting measurements, time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC), and a wide time range from nanoseconds to milliseconds and beyond. , the perfect product for digital protocol analysis.
One unit can detect up to 4 channels simultaneously and can add up to 18 channels. (The stop signal is input to the trigger on 1ch and the other 3 channels. This combination can be easily changed.) (The input voltage level is ±3V (maximum ±5V), 50Ω.Positive and negative Compatible with both.
In addition, the interface is USB3.0 and uses an FPGA circuit, so high-speed data processing is possible. Sources for many programs such as LabView and Python are also included. It is used in a wide range of fields including quantum technology, single molecule microscopy, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, laser ranging, particle physics, and precision time protocol (PTP) testing.
