About This Product

■2~8GHz band variable frequency microwave irradiation

"AURORA" (manufactured by LAMBDA Technologies) is a new concept microwave chemical synthesis reaction device equipped with a variable microwave in the 2 to 8 GHz band. Generally, a fixed frequency of 2.45 GHz is often used for microwaves, but this device uses variable frequency microwaves in the 2 to 8 GHz band (high-speed frequency sweep and fixed frequency oscillation possible) using patented VFM technology. Masu. For example, we will propose a design according to your desired wavelength range in the 2 to 8 GHz band, such as C band 5.85 to 6.65 GHz. An all-solid-state semiconductor TWT amplifier is used as the microwave oscillation source, and frequency adjustment (variable/fixed) and output adjustment (100 to 1,600W maximum, depending on wavelength band and element) are possible. For example, this device has the potential to expand the range of new experiments, such as verifying the effects of different microwaves in the development of catalyst materials.

■High-density microwave irradiation applicator

A dedicated applicator is installed on the top of the device to flow gas, liquid, and powder samples. It is designed to irradiate the sample flow path with microwaves in the same direction of travel, allowing high-density microwave irradiation. It is also possible to sell the device with just the oscillator and power supply without a dedicated applicator.

■Microwave heating process

・Chemical synthesis reactions (liquid, gas) ・Microwave flow system ・Organic and medical chemistry ・Nanoparticle synthesis ・Powder sintering ・Promotion of chemical reaction rate ・Low temperature processing of biomaterials ・Heat treatment of nanomaterials ・Synthesis of catalyst materials using microwaves

■Microwave plasma

・Dissociation of carbon dioxide to produce gaseous products (CO,O,hydrocarbon) ・Ammonia synthesis ・Microwave plasma synthesis of nanoparticles
