About This Product

■Product overview

An electron generator array has a structure in which electron sources of several tens of micrometers are lined up in a planar manner, and electrons are output from each channel by applying a voltage. As a result, electron surface irradiation with a constant electron flux becomes possible. Sizes range from φ4 to 150mm, and customization is also available. Unlike electron guns, it requires no warming up, has a long life, is highly stable, and can be used with relatively simple operation.
