About This Product

■Product overview

Light and compact (total length 260mm, weight 1.1kg) soft X-ray light source with a wavelength range of 8Å to 300Å. It is extremely easy to handle due to its low voltage of 10kV, making it ideal for EUV basic experiments and research. A variable wavelength soft X-ray light source can be configured by combining it with the X-ray spectrometer 248/310 type.
