About This Product

■Product overview

The 629 type hollow cathode light source is a gas emission light source that supports the wavelength range of 25 to 200 nm. Since it does not have a window, it can output light with a shorter wavelength than the MgF2 transmission region. By selecting the type of gas, it is possible to output a rich variety of spectral lines in the VUV region. It is also characterized by low electrical noise.
